Acceptable uses policy
The Internet is a powerful information and entertainment tool. We would expect our
customers to use the Internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due
regard to the rights of other Internet users.
Illegality in any form, including but not limited to activities such as unauthorised
distribution or copying of copyrighted software, harassment, fraud, trafficking in
obscene material, drug dealing, and other illegal activities.
Net abuse, including but not limited to activities such as using a non-existent return
e-mail address on a commercial solicitation, spamming (sending unsolicited advertising
to numerous e-mail addresses or newsgroups and/or generating a significantly higher
volume of outgoing email than a normal user), trolling (posting outrageous messages to
generate numerous responses), mail-bombing (sending multiple messages without significant
new content to the same user), subscribing someone else to a mailing list without that
person's permission, cross-posting articles to an excessive number of newsgroups, or
attempting without authorisation to enter into a secured computer system. We reserve
the right to determine what constitutes net abuse.
Misuse of system resources, including but not limited to employing posts or
programs which consume excessive CPU time or storage space; permitting use of mail
services, mail forwarding capabilities, POP accounts, or autoresponders other than for
the customer's own account; or resale of access to CGI scripts installed on our servers.

Cancellation
There are no refunds on prepaid amounts
after the 30 day money back period has elapsed. All existing account
cancellations, must be received in writing 30 days prior it expires,
otherwise it will be automatically renewed. Postal mail and fax
notifications are acceptable. Phone and email requests will not
constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

Can I resell e-mail on my account?
No. Usage of email accounts is limited exclusively to members, for none revenue
producing activities. Any infringement of this agreement voids contract.

Can I resell space on my account?
Yes. You can resell space within your
account. However, you will be responsible for its content and data
transfer. It will not be possible to acquire multiple account
passwords for FTP access or set
up sub-directories of your domain to have their own domain names. If you are
interested in reselling web space, you should consider joining our Reseller program.

Can I use my space for commercial purposes?
Yes, you can use your account for commercial purposes. The World Wide Web
has become a most efficient and cost-effective means of making information available to
the users of the internet community. In addition, our E-Commerce plans provide the
features you would need to set up your own online shop.

Changing plans
If you decide to upgrade your account to a different hosting plan, there is no fee
will be
charged. We are going to close your existing account and the unused monthly service fees
will be credited to your new
account. Please select the plan that is appropriate for your needs and send an email to our sales
department. Be sure to include your domain name or userid and the plan you wish to change to.

Do I get a discount if I pre-pay one full year?
Yes. If you pay
for 12 months hosting in advance, you get 15% off from the
regular hosting fees.

How can I pay for my site?
You can pay for your account by
certified-cheque*, money order* or by credit card. To pay by
credit card either complete our online invoice payment form or
please print and fill out our credit card information form,
then fax it back to us at (1) 905.760.8420 ASAP. To pay by
certified-cheque or money order, please write your Domain Name
and Invoice Number on it to identify your payment. (*Canadian customers
only)

How do I place an order?
You can place your order using our online order form.

How do you bill me?
We bill you 3 or 12 months in advance. If you
pay for 12 months hosting in advance, you get 15% off from the regular
hosting fees.

How long does it take to open an account?
All accounts are opened, set up immediately and will be activated within an hour after
receiving payment. Once an account has been paid an activation notice will be sent to you
via email. This email includes a userid, password, FTP hostname and all the instructions you
need to get started. You can then begin uploading files to your new web site immediately.
You will be given an IP number to access your site via the web prior to the completion
of either domain registration or transfer.

Refund policy
All web hosting
plans comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not
completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of
your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract
amount excluding setup fee. There are no refunds on prepaid amounts
after the 30 day money back period has elapsed. All cancellations
must be received in writing 30 days prior it expires; postal mail
and fax notifications are acceptable. Phone and email requests will
not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. This policy does
not apply to any additional services such as domain pointers,
overages, disk space, website submission.

Renewal and payment
In case you do not cancel your account 30 days
before it expires, it will be automatically renewed. If you
have choosen credit card as payment method, an invoice will be sent
to you within 21 days before your renewal is due, reflecting your
next term has been paid.
If you have choosen
certified-cheque* or money order* as payment method, an invoice
will be sent to you within 21 days before
your renewal is due. Please make sure, we will receive your payment before your
account expires.

What is the minimum contract?
All of our hosting plans have a
minimum contract of 3 months. The Directory hosting plan has a
minimum contract length of 1
year.
